These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tuak88 platform, website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform") operated by Tuak88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). The Platform is accessible at https://tuak88.click and is intended for use by eligible individuals in permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms as currently published.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or similar incentive offered by Tuak88 under applicable promotional terms.
• "Device" means any desktop, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet used to access the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.

• "Real Money" means actual funds denominated in MYR deposited by the User.

• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using Account funds.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum requirement. Tuak88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and place of access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of Tuak88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any form of account restriction imposed by Tuak88 or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must be the sole legal owner and beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit into or withdraw from your Account.
• You must not previously have had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by Tuak88 for any reason.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account. Any activity carried out under your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

If you have reason to believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Tuak88 immediately via live chat. Tuak88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by you.

Tuak88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT TRC20, Ethereum, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the standard minimum deposit is RM30.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Tuak88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are processed in real time. FPX and bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which may take 15–30 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Tuak88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; Tuak88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Platform's cashier section. Tuak88 does not guarantee any specific processing time and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Tuak88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing review, investigation, or dispute resolution process.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Tuak88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") offered by Tuak88 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each Promotion and range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each Promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Tuak88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where it suspects abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit Promotion terms.
• Only one Promotion may be active on an Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Tuak88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game category. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted only if confirmed by the Platform. A bet is not valid until a confirmation reference number is issued and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the result determined by Tuak88's official data providers shall be final.
• Tuak88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a system or data feed error.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the parlay to be paid. If one or more legs are void, the parlay odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.
• Live betting markets may be suspended, delayed, or removed at any time during an event due to match incidents, result uncertainty, or system conditions.
• Tuak88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, or payout caps at any time without prior notice.

Specific rules for individual sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and esports events) are available in the Platform's Help section. In the absence of a specific rule, Tuak88's general betting rules and the decision of Tuak88's trading team shall apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all Balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen, fake, or third-party payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or coordinated strategy designed to exploit Promotion terms, including matched betting patterns intended to guarantee profit from bonuses.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, bug, or pricing mistake in the Platform's games or odds.
• Charge-backs: Initiating any payment charge-back or reversal against a deposit made to Tuak88 without prior written authorisation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate the placement, layering, or integration of unlawful funds. Tuak88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in respect of money laundering investigations.

Tuak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to meet Account eligibility requirements, including age.
• At the User's own request, including in the context of self-exclusion.

In the event of Account closure following a confirmed breach of these Terms, Tuak88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuak88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or connectivity issues.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security precautions were not maintained.
• Any interruption to betting or gaming services caused by circumstances beyond Tuak88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural events.
• Decisions made by a User based on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.

Tuak88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their Devices. Tuak88 is not liable for any damage to your Device or data arising from Platform use.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and data compilations, is the property of Tuak88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without express written consent from Tuak88.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

The Tuak88 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any Tuak88 trademark is strictly prohibited.

Tuak88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tuak88 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate interests.
